How to Place an Order

📞 Phone Orders – Orders by phone are accepted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM!

🛒 Online Orders – You can place orders 24/7 directly through our system by clicking the "Buy" button!

Delivery Information

🚚 Nationwide Delivery – We deliver across the entire country using Econt Express and Speedy to the customer’s address or to an Econt/Speedy office in the respective location.

📦 Delivery Time – Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the order confirmation. The delivery cost is covered by the customer and is charged according to the standard rates of Econt and Speedy.

💰 Courier Fees & Returns

  • Upon receiving a package, the customer must pay the courier fee, even in cases where the parcel is returned after inspection.
  • In such cases, the customer is required to pay the courier fee for both directions (from sender to receiver and vice versa).

⏳ Priority Delivery Time – If you wish to set a priority delivery time, there is an additional fee of 2.40 BGN (incl. VAT), according to the courier’s pricing.

Inspection Upon Delivery

🔍 Every order is shipped with an "INSPECTION" option. We strongly advise you to take advantage of it and inspect your package in the presence of the courier or at the Econt/Speedy office.

⚠️ Claims for missing or incorrect items that are not reported to the courier or at the courier's office will not be accepted!

🛡️ Product Condition – We ship all our products in their original, undamaged commercial condition and ready for use! If you have any doubts about this upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately and file a claim with the courier delivering your package.

Returns & Refunds

🔄 14-Day Return Policy – If you wish to return a product within 14 days, it must be returned in perfect commercial condition, meaning:
✔ The packaging must be intact (unopened and undamaged).
✔ The product must not have been used.

Payment Methods

💳 Ordered goods can be paid using:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) (upon receipt of the order)
  2. Debit/Credit Card

💰 Payment upon Delivery (COD)

  • You pay the total amount to the courier upon delivery, which includes:
    ✔ Product price
    ✔ Courier service fee (Econt/Speedy)
  • There are no additional hidden fees—all delivery costs are included in the order price.
  • www.zehira.com does not cover cash handling or insurance costs for goods.

💳 Payment by Card (Online Payment)

  • Paying by debit/credit card is the easiest and most secure method.
  • Our payment system uses Stripe, ensuring safe and guaranteed transactions.
  • Choosing this method eliminates the need to pay anything to the courier upon delivery.
  • This also reduces courier fees for the customer.
