Returns & Exchanges
Every customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of its delivery.
Return Conditions
📦 The company must receive the product in its original box/packaging, with the label intact, without any signs of use by the customer, and without being damaged or altered in any way.
💰 Customers are eligible for a refund of the item's value in the same condition as when it was purchased. If the customer discovers visible defects, they may return the item and request a refund. The claim must be made immediately upon discovering the defect. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.
Return Policy
🚚 Return shipping costs are covered by Zehira.com only in the following cases:
✔ If the product is defective (factory-damaged item).
✔ If the wrong item was sent.
✔ If the customer has paid the full amount for their order, but one or more items are missing from the package. In such cases, the re-shipment of the missing items will be at Zehira.com’s expense.
🎁 If the delivered product was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned along with the product.
📦 If you purchased multiple identical products and wish to return two or more of them, only one product can be opened. The remaining items must have their packaging intact. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.

🚫 Returned shipments must NOT be sent with cash on delivery. Once our team inspects the returned item, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account.
