TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING THE VOUCHER
The vouchers are electronic!
This means the recipient will receive their voucher via email and can use it immediately if paid by card. If paying via cash on delivery, the voucher will be sent after payment confirmation.
If purchasing ONLY a voucher, it must be paid by card only (cash on delivery is not available).
If purchasing a voucher along with other products, you can pay for the entire order (products + voucher) either by card or cash on delivery. In this case, your physical products will be shipped to your chosen address, but the voucher will NOT be included in the package. It will be sent electronically to the recipient’s email.
HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER
Select the voucher amount from the dropdown menu: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 300 / 500 BGN.
Enter the recipient’s email (this ensures they receive their surprise gift).
Enter your name (so they know who the gift is from).
(Optional) Write a message – a personal note for the recipient to read alongside their voucher.
Complete your order by filling in all required fields. (If purchasing only a voucher, you still need to enter a shipping address for order processing, even though no physical item will be shipped.)
HOW YOUR LOVED ONE WILL RECEIVE THEIR SURPRISE
If paid by card, the recipient will immediately receive an email with their attached voucher. (Check the spam folder if necessary.)
If paid via cash on delivery (together with other products), the recipient will receive their voucher after the payment has been processed.
The email will include:
A subject line indicating they’ve received a gift voucher.
Your name and personal message (as written during checkout).
To redeem the voucher, the recipient simply needs to click the blue button in the email, and they will be redirected to our website.
HOW TO USE THE GIFT VOUCHER
The recipient can purchase products up to the selected voucher amount (50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 300 / 500 BGN).
If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the recipient can pay the difference via cash on delivery.
No need to remember any voucher code—the system will automatically apply it at checkout.
The voucher has NO EXPIRATION DATE and can be used anytime.
Free shipping applies to orders over 150 BGN. For lower amounts, a shipping fee will be charged unless a voucher of 150 BGN or more is selected.
